The Melting North

We are not tourists on a cruise ship as we see in the background. We cannot leave. What affects our planet Earth affects us all. How is it that we can love and feel the suffering of people and vulnerable life from a great distance? It is because God has fused us all together like the embrace of a beautiful flowering vine, and that we all live in His Sacred Creation so that what we do for others or do to others we also do to ourselves.
